How it works and the differences between Training and Technical Support
 
Remote connection between our computers
    The customer who wants Remote Training or Remote Technical Support first calls us at 1-800-567-2030 to establish the connection between our computers by simply starting the technical support application directly integrated into the DecoTech Pro software.
 
Remote Training $ USD/hour
    Anything concerning the use of the DecoTech Pro software.  This is knowledge that can normally be acquired by the client himself by experimenting with the software and some practice.  Why pay then?  Some clients prefer to write down their questions as the days go by and to take 1 hour or more of training when they have free time to receive all the answers effortlessly.  Some others buy in advance 60 minutes or more and call as soon as they have a question.  The call time is simply subtracted from the remaining block of time with a minimum of 5 minutes per call.
 
Remote Technical Support $ USD/hour
    Examples of technical support: Help to move a DecoTech Pro from an old computer to a new one to make sure you do not forget anything behind it and be operational as soon as possible.  Fix a problem whose cause is not DecoTech Pro. (For example, your DecoTech Pro does not print correctly because the driver software for your printer is not up to date, then we can help you download and install the printer driver from the manufacturer's website.)  Needs of advices for buying a future screen, printer, etc...
